This is a calendar, not a spec sheet. Denza general manager Li Hui said on Weibo on Saturday that the six-seat N8L will go on sale as a battery-electric car in September. IT之家 on 30 August and CnEVPost the same day independently report that note. The poster both describe adds one hardware figure: a 208-liter powered frunk, with a covered drain so wet camping kit can be rinsed in place. Price, pack size, range, and a charge curve for the BEV were not in that announcement, and we are not filling them in.

The N8L China already sells is a plug-in hybrid. IT之家’s earlier file puts the first cars on sale on 28 October 2025 from 299,800 yuan. Denza replaced that version on 23 June with a flash-charging PHEV from 319,800 yuan (Honour) and 349,800 yuan (Flagship). CnEVPost, restating Denza’s table, lists a 75.26 kWh second-generation Blade pack, 430 km of CLTC electric range, and a 10 to 97 percent charge in nine minutes at a dedicated Denza flash site. The body is 5,200 mm long, 1,999 mm wide, and 1,820 mm tall on a 3,075 mm wheelbase, in a 2+2+2 layout. Those numbers describe the PHEV still in showrooms. They are not a September BEV brochure.

GetEVCar does not list an N8L. The Denza page that is live is the Z9 GT wagon: 122.5 kWh, 1,036 km, 710 kW, and 1,100 kW DC on the long-range AWD trim, with the UAE row marked Announced rather than a dealer count. A shorter 102.3 kWh / 880 km / 270 kW DC trim sits beside it. Mid-August MIIT paperwork, which we already covered, put a stretched N8L at 960 km CLTC on the larger pack. That is a filing, not this weekend’s launch sheet, and it is not written here as a confirmed September BEV range. Denza has not said the N8L EV is coming to the UAE, the UK, or the US.

For a three-row battery-electric SUV you can actually compare on this site, start with the Hyundai Ioniq 9 SUV — 110.3 kWh, 620 km, 160 kW on Long Range RWD, 350 kW DC, with USD and GBP dealer flags. Hyundai timed a US-built Santa Fe EREV for the first half of 2027 in a 27 August post; that is a different powertrain and a different ticket. The BYD SUV already in UK and UAE dealers is the Sealion 7, under BYD, not a six-seat N8L.

Overnight, Brazilian outlets put the live Z9 GT on a 1,500 kW Flash cabinet. Estadão and R7, covering Denza’s stand at Festival Interlagos on 27 August, say the Z9 GT is the only Brazil-sold car named for the full rate: 10 to 70 percent in five minutes, 10 to 97 percent in about nine. The first commercial post is a Denza dealer in Brasília; the stated Brazil target is 1,000 chargers by the end of 2027. Estadão describes two 190 kWh Blade packs as on-site buffers so the grid tap stays closer to a conventional DC charger. That 190 kWh pair is Brazil press, not the 185 kWh pair in BYD UK’s 14 August Q&A, which we already published with the 300-station UK plan. R$670,000 is a Brazil list price for the Z9 GT, not an AED or GBP row on the live page. The catalogue still shows 1,100 kW DC acceptance, not 1,500 kW.

What we are not claiming: a September BEV MSRP, a CLTC or WLTP range for the N8L EV, a UK or UAE allocation, that 960 km from the August filings is the launch spec, that Brazil’s 1,500 kW demo changes the live Z9 GT DC figure, or that Freelander 8’s 3 September China launch (logged; no model page) is this story. Yesterday’s BYD interim filing, the UK Flash plan, and the AMG CLA 45 UK order books stay on those posts. Until Denza publishes an N8L EV sheet, the useful next click is still the live Z9 GT and Ioniq 9 pages.
