Ferrari sets a $560,800 US starting price on its battery Luce

Ferrari has put a US starting price on the Luce, its first battery model. Car and Driver published $560,800 on 21 October 2026. On 22 October, Road & Track and InsideEVs each reported that Ferrari confirmed the same figure to them. Earlier guesses in those outlets were not the same number, so the fact worth keeping is the price they now share, not how large a cut each desk calculated.

Road & Track treats $560,800 as the start of the sale, before taxes, delivery, and options. None of the three reports includes an options list. The figure is not a configured car, and it is not a drive-away price.

The hardware is Ferrari’s account, separate from the US price. Ferrari’s magazine gives the Luce four electric motors, one at each wheel, and quotes 1,050 cv. It also states 0–100 km/h in 2.5 seconds, a top speed of 310 km/h, a 122 kWh battery on an 800-volt system, a weight of 2,260 kg, and 530 km on a full charge. Car and Driver converts that output to 1,035 horsepower, and it says the pack is expected to provide about 280 miles by EPA standards. That mileage is the magazine’s expectation. It is not an EPA figure printed by Ferrari.

The Ferrari Luce page on GetEVCar already lists 772 kW, 529 km, a 122 kWh battery, and 350 kW DC charging. Its market row is the United Kingdom, marked Available, in pounds. The card does not show a dollar price, and it does not list the United States. The October reports add the US starting price. They do not show the car as on sale in America today. Car and Driver expects US arrivals in the second quarter of 2027, and it writes that timing as an expectation.

The Luce is the battery Ferrari, not one of the plug-in hybrids on the Ferrari brand page. The 296 Speciale still pairs a petrol engine with a small battery: its card lists 25 km of electric range and 7.45 kWh. The Luce has no petrol engine. It is also listed among sedans, as a four-door car with room for five, which is the practical split from a two-seat Ferrari.

A reader in the US can use $560,800 as the reported start, with options still unpublished. A reader using the UK row still has a directory listing in pounds, and that row does not quote this dollar price. Those are two different facts, and the new one does not rewrite the other.
