Jetour prices the Freedom 7 Plus C-DM plug-in hybrid in China from 129,900 yuan

Jetour opened sales of the Freedom 7 Plus C-DM in China on 4 November 2026. It is a plug-in hybrid: a petrol engine stays in the vehicle, and the battery is one a driver can charge from a plug. It is not a battery-only SUV. Autohome, BitAuto, and CarNewsChina put the official guide price at 129,900 to 149,900 yuan across three trims, with a limited-time price of 124,900 to 141,900 yuan. Those are yuan figures from the China launch. They are not a dirham, pound, or US-dollar sticker.

The cheaper number attached to the same day belongs to a different car. The new petrol Freedom 7 is listed by those outlets at 113,900 to 134,900 yuan, with a limited-time band of 89,900 to 110,900 yuan. CarNewsChina’s dollar reading of that petrol floor is its own conversion. The plug-in hybrid does not start there. BitAuto, writing from the Wuhu event, treats the lower bands as a limited refresh price and lists extra subsidies beside them. CarNewsChina says the promotional prices depend on trade-in and replacement conditions. Autohome prints the same yuan ranges and does not set out a full terms sheet. A screenshot is only useful if it shows which of the two cars, and which of the two prices, it is using.

GetEVCar already lists a Jetour T1 i-DM, and that card is not this price list. The live page is the United Arab Emirates specification: 117 km of electric range, a 26.7 kWh battery, 1,000 km combined, and 250 kW of system power, marked available in the UAE. The China reports use a different electric-range figure, 150 km on the CLTC cycle, and they do not quote a UAE dirham price. BitAuto says T1 is the name Jetour uses for this family outside China. Sharing the name is not the same as sharing a test result. Shoppers in the Emirates should start from that card, the Jetour brand page, and the plug-in hybrid list, not from a yuan guide price.

On the plug-in itself, the reports agree on the powertrain and differ only in the unit they use for the engine. Autohome says the 1.5-litre turbo makes 156 metric horsepower and 220 Nm, through a single-speed dedicated hybrid transmission, with 150 km of electric range on China’s CLTC test. CarNewsChina lists 115 kW and the same 220 Nm. 115 kW is about 156 metric horsepower, so those two lines are one rating printed two ways, not two different engines. BitAuto and CarNewsChina both add a 26.6 kWh battery, a lowest charge-depleting use of 5.89 litres per 100 km, a claimed 1,300 km with a full tank and a full charge, and vehicle-to-load output of 2.2 kW inside and 6.6 kW outside. Autohome’s write-up stops at the engine rating and the 150 km figure. It does not repeat the battery size. CarNewsChina’s line that 1,300 km is about 1,065 km on WLTP is that site’s conversion, not a second laboratory result.

The all-wheel-drive hardware in this launch is described on the petrol Plus, not in the plug-in paragraphs. CarNewsChina and BitAuto give the Freedom 7 Plus petrol a 2.0-litre turbo with 187 kW and 390 Nm. Those outlets say that petrol Plus was already on sale, still listed at 144,900 to 159,900 yuan, or 119,900 to 134,900 yuan on the limited price. BitAuto adds an automatic transmission and an XWD system with several drive modes for that petrol model. The plug-in section in the reports stays with the 1.5-litre hybrid transmission. Neither Autohome nor CarNewsChina prints a combined system power for the C-DM, so a single higher figure that showed up in a shorter recap is left out.

Size is the part Autohome states for the plug-in by name. The Freedom 7 Plus C-DM is 4,796 mm long, 1,967 mm wide and 1,840 mm tall, on a 2,810 mm wheelbase. Autohome calls it a compact SUV. That is the same length and wheelbase CarNewsChina gives the Plus models. The cheaper petrol Freedom 7 is shorter: Autohome lists 4,749 mm including a small tailgate box, and a 2,800 mm wheelbase, 10 mm under the Plus. BitAuto puts that tailgate box at 13 litres on the petrol car. The plug-in is the longer of the two bodies launched this week. It belongs with the other SUVs in the directory, which still does not turn the China price into a local one.

Autohome’s interior notes under the plug-in name mention a 15.6-inch screen and a Snapdragon 8255, then say the picture in that section is the petrol Plus. CarNewsChina also puts the 8255, and DeepSeek voice features, on Plus cabins rather than on the cheaper Freedom 7, which both outlets give a Snapdragon 8155. Treat the chip as a Plus-cabin report. It is not a line copied from a C-DM order form.

BitAuto’s account of the Wuhu stage also carries Jetour’s sales claims: more than 2.62 million vehicles for the brand by October, more than 840,000 of them boxy SUVs, and 222,000 for the Freedom series. CarNewsChina’s version of the same launch line is the boxy family past 840,000 and the T1 line past 222,000. The brand-wide 2.62 million figure is in BitAuto’s event report and not in the English piece. Both outlets are repeating the company. The figures are not an independent registration audit.

A few items stay open. These reports do not give a customer handover date outside China. Driver assistance is a top Plus fitment in CarNewsChina’s account, under the Falcon 500 name, with highway navigation, automated parking, and automatic emergency braking. Autohome introduces a similar sensor list as a reference to the petrol Plus. That is not confirmation that every C-DM trim has the same cameras. Nothing in the three reports prices this plug-in hybrid in the UAE, the United Kingdom, or the United States.
