These Terms of Use govern access to https://getevcar.com and https://getevcar.com/blog, operated by GetEVCar.com (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. What GetEVCar is
GetEVCar publishes EV model information, maps of service/charging/repair/battery providers, and editorial blog posts. We are an information directory and publisher. We do not sell vehicles, install chargers, perform repairs, or act as agent for listed businesses.
2. No professional advice
Specs, prices, availability, and provider details are for general information. They may be incomplete or out of date. They are not financial, legal, or technical advice. Confirm facts with the manufacturer, dealer, or provider before you act.
3. Provider listings
Listings are curated from public sources and our review process. A listing is not an endorsement, partnership, or guarantee that the business will serve you. We do not operate those businesses. Phone numbers may be gated behind a lead form. If you submit a lead or enquiry, you ask us to store your details as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Your conduct
You may not misuse the site (scraping that harms the service, submitting false leads, attempting to access /admin without authorization, or interfering with other users). We may block access that we reasonably believe is abusive.
5. Intellectual property
Site design, original text, and compilation of the directory are owned by us or our licensors. Do not copy the site wholesale. Provider names, logos, and third-party marks belong to their owners.
6. Third-party links
The site links to maps, manufacturer sites, social profiles, and other third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you leave getevcar.com.

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the site.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive venue, except where applicable law says otherwise.
